This Website was created to gather in one place the most crazy, hilarious, most viewed vids from YT. On the Website, with the participation of Users, collection (“Collection”) of YT vids arises. Users through the Website may be involved in creating the Collection by adding new items and posting comments. Adding new video to the Collection can be done by "Add new" form. Every reported video initially goes to the pending zone, after our acceptance it will be visible on the main page.
Content posted by Users are not the views and opinions of the Owner.
Content, User rights
Content posted by the Users, prior to the disclosure on the Website, are not pre-moderation, and appears automatically when the User enters. In accordance with article 14 of the Act Owner takes no responsibility for such content.
You agree not to post on the Website content:

- violating the rights and interest of third parties,
- Inciting ethnic, racial, religious or cultural hatred,
- Promoting pornography, violence,
- Recognized as morally reprehensible and socially

In case of problems with the functioning of the service, Users can report perceived problems. Site Owner shall consider the complaint promptly, no later than within 14 days. The answer to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address specified in the complaint. Complaints arising from ignorance of the law or the provisions hereof will not be considered.

In the case of frequent violations of these Terms, the Owner reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block access to the service for IP addresses from which followed the violations.
Conclusion and termination of the agreement
Conclusion of the agreement takes place at the start of the use of the Website and becoming acquainted with the contents of these Terms. You may at any time terminate the contract by discontinuing use of the Website.
These terms ("Terms") are based on the law of the Republic of Poland under the provision of article 8 paragraph 1 item 1 of the act on electronic services of 18 July 2002 ("Act").
